Terms and Conditions — TauG Delivery Boy App

Welcome to TauG Delivery Boy App ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our delivery application and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

To use the TauG Delivery Boy App, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a valid driving license, vehicle documents, and identity proof as required.
Be authorized and approved by TauG Restaurant to act as a delivery partner.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account by providing accurate and complete information (name, phone number, email, address, etc.).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
TauG reserves the right to verify information and reject or suspend accounts for false or incomplete details.

3. Delivery Responsibilities

You agree to pick up and deliver orders promptly and safely as assigned.
You must treat customers respectfully and follow TauG’s delivery and hygiene guidelines.
Any misconduct, fraudulent behavior, or order manipulation may result in suspension or permanent account termination.

4. Payments and Earnings

Delivery partners are paid based on completed deliveries, distance, time, and applicable bonuses.
Payments are made via the method specified in the app (bank transfer, wallet, etc.).
TauG reserves the right to adjust or withhold payments in case of disputes, fraud, or order issues.

5. Use of the App

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
You must not attempt to modify, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app in any way.
The app and all its content are the property of TauG Restaurant and protected by copyright laws.

6. Data and Privacy

By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data (such as name, location, and delivery performance) in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Data is used only for operational, payment, and safety purposes.

7. Vehicle Safety & Compliance

You are solely responsible for maintaining your vehicle in safe working condition.
You must comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
TauG is not liable for any accidents, fines, or damages that occur during deliveries.

8. Suspension or Termination

TauG may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

You violate these Terms or company policies.
You engage in fraud, misconduct, or unsafe behavior.
The company discontinues or modifies the delivery program.

9. Limitation of Liability

TauG is not responsible for:

Any loss, injury, or damage arising during delivery or while using the app.
Technical issues, network failures, or app downtime.
Loss of earnings due to suspension, termination, or app errors.

10. Modifications to the Terms

TauG reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted in the app with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after such updates means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your operating city.
